PET stands for Physical Education and Training and is a practical assessment that forms part of your SBA (School-Based Assessment). It aims to promote lifelong fitness, healthy lifestyle habits, and track learners' physical development.
To monitor and assess learners' participation, physical fitness, and responsibility in physical activities. Encourages regular activity that supports mental and physical well-being.
Each PET should include activities from at least three or more of the following categories:
